How to request a change?
- Write to us to hola@laveintinueve.com , explaining the reason why you want to exchange the items.
- Once the change is approved, returns the products :
- In its original packaging.
- Unused.
- In the same conditions in which they were sent.
Note : Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. These are non-refundable .

Processing change
- Once the products have been received and verified in our warehouse, we will send the requested item for exchange.
- If the desired item is not available, we will make a money back using the same payment method used for the purchase. This may take up to one week (5 business days).
Note : In case of return, the refund will not include the original shipping costs.
Additional conditions
- Changes or returns are not available for orders outside the European Union .
During our promotion of shoes at €20, €40 and €60 , changes or returns are not accepted .
These sales are final, so we recommend you choose your favorite size and style carefully.
