Returns and exchanges

Once the exchange is approved, you must return the merchandise in its original packaging, unused and in the condition in which they were sent. Once received, checked and booked again in our warehouse, we will proceed to send you the exchange merchandise. La Veintinueve will cover the return shipping costs.
