Shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through Correos Express for national shipments and SEUR (DPD) for international shipments with tracking number and delivery without signature. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. Returns and exchanges

Once the exchange is approved, you must return the merchandise in its original packaging, unused and in the condition in which they were sent.
