Le sac Bonita Mandarine est entièrement tissé à la main avec de la paille toquilla, un matériau végétal, souple et résistant, qui pousse naturellement dans les provinces côtières de l’Équateur. Son motif chevron rouge et naturel se distingue par sa chaleur et son énergie. Deux mandarines tressées avec des feuilles vertes ajoutent une touche joyeuse, colorée et rafraîchissante. Nous collaborons directement avec des communautés artisanales en Équateur pour soutenir le commerce équitable et préserver les techniques traditionnelles. Du travail de la paille au tissage final, chaque sac est le fruit d’un savoir-faire ancestral transmis de génération en génération. Avec chaque pièce, nous contribuons à préserver l’art de la toquilla et à célébrer le travail fait main avec soin. Dans les climats secs ou en cas d’exposition au soleil, la paille doit être humidifiée de temps en temps avec un vaporisateur d’eau.
Shipping
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through Correos Express for national shipments and SEUR (DPD) for international shipments with tracking number and delivery without signature. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We cannot be held responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a complete exchange guarantee within 30 days from the time of your purchase. To make the change you must write an email to hola@laveintinueve.com explaining the reason why you do not want the items. Once the exchange is approved, you must return the merchandise in its original packaging, unused and in the condition in which they were sent. Once received, checked and booked again in our warehouse, we will proceed to send you the exchange merchandise. La Veintinueve will cover the return shipping costs.
