We offer a full exchange guarantee within 30 days from the time of purchase. To make the change you must write an email to laura@laveintinueve.com explaining the reason why you do not want the articles. Once the exchange is approved, you must return the merchandise in its original packaging, unused and in the condition that they were sent. Once received, checked and reserved again in our warehouse, we will proceed to send you the exchange merchandise. La Veintinueve will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the customer is within Spain, otherwise, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

In case we don't have the item to make the change, we will proceed to refund the money after reviewing the status of the product upon arrival in our hands. If the returned item has been purchased in special promotions, we do not make money refunds, we will send the customer a voucher corresponding to the amount spent in the store with an expiration of 6 months to be used in their next purchase.
No exchanges or returns will be made for orders outside the European Union.
